Hi Rebecca, Trevor and rest of the team,Firstly I’d like to apologise for the many, many changes that had to be made to our bookings this week – I don’t think there was a single one that didn’t have to be changed! Each day was constantly chopping and changing and we were the last to always know so I apologise for the inconvenience caused.That brings me secondly to say a major thank you to all of you for an amazing service – every booking and change was probably the smoothest of procedures I dealt with this week and it was great knowing we could rely on you and your drivers.Sorry for only coming back now to write to you all but I knew I wanted to make time to write properly to express our gratitude!I have made POs for the majority of these bookings with a few still to finish, if I can come back to you at the start of next week?Thank you again and will certainly be looking to use you again if and when I can!
